Where saltwater meets smoke

The truth is unfiltered, and the healing isn’t linear.
I’ve always wanted to be a writer. Writing is how I sort through the mess in my head. It’s how I learn, unlearn, and say the things I’m too scared to say out loud.

My process isn’t polished; it’s a mix of late nights, long thoughts, and quiet rituals that help me feel grounded, whether that’s music, smoke, or silence. Sometimes I need a little help softening the edges enough to see the bigger picture. Sometimes I just need to feel something clearly.
This blog is the result: little pieces of wisdom that I wish someone had told me years ago.
If anything here makes you feel seen, a word, a feeling, a world, then welcome. I’m glad to have you here!
